Contact Propel

Propel is pre-launch, so we keep contact simple: a small set of channels, each one read and answered by the team.

Where to go

Choose the right route

Six kinds of message, matched to the destination that answers each one.

  • Early access — you want to try the product: request early access.
  • Product questions — whether Propel fits your library, audience or screens: use the notes field on the early-access form and ask before committing to anything.
  • Support — Propel is pre-launch, so there is no customer support queue yet; early-access participants raise issues directly in their conversation with the team.
  • Partnerships and press — send context through the same form's notes field for now; a dedicated channel is not yet published.
  • Privacy and data requests — your rights and how to exercise them are set out in the privacy policy; until a dedicated address is live, use the form for these too.
  • Legal and company matters — registration and company information is on the company details page.
The working channel

Send a message

The fastest way to reach us today is the early-access form.

Send anything through the early-access form — every submission is read and answered by a person. The notes field takes any question; you do not have to be requesting access to use it. Dedicated addresses for press, privacy and legal matters are coming as we get closer to launch.

Request early access Company details

Use the notes field for anything that is not an access request.

Privacy of your message

Why we ask for anything, and where the full answer lives.

Anything you send is used to answer you — assessing fit, replying, and nothing beyond that. How submissions are handled and retained is described in the privacy policy, which is still in draft.
