Propel for endurance coaches

Build an on-demand video library for your endurance brand

Technique, mobility, strength and race-preparation video, sold as a membership under your own name. Plans and data stay in your coaching software.

  • No plan builder, no device data, no athlete tracking
  • Apps for Web, iOS, Android, Apple TV, Android TV
  • Your subscribers stay yours
What an athlete sees on the web app: discipline first, then the type of content.

Who this is for

Endurance coaching software is a crowded category and Propel is not in it.

Propel fits if

  • You explain the same drills, warm-up and race-week routine every season.
  • You have an audience beyond your coached athletes: a club, a race community.
  • You want the education half of your coaching to earn.
  • Plans and data can stay in your existing software.

Look elsewhere if

  • You are an athlete looking for a training plan.
  • You need a plan builder, workout files, or watch and power-meter data.
  • You want athlete tracking: completed sessions, load, compliance.
  • You have filmed nothing yet.
The content

What endurance athletes will watch

Endurance athletes read plans and watch technique.

Technique and drills
Cadence, foot strike, swim catch, bike fit, filmed from the angle that shows the fault.
Mobility and durability
Short, follow-along routines athletes can repeat between sessions.
Strength for endurance
Single-leg work, hinges, calf and hamstring loading, trunk work that is not sit-ups.
Fueling education
Practising intake in training, a long-ride plan in real food and bottles, race-morning routine. General education only. A published video cannot give individual dietary or medical advice.
Race-week preparation
Taper education, kit lists, transitions and pacing reminders, ready to revisit before race day.
Discipline categories
Running, cycling, triathlon and multi-discipline racing such as HYROX. Which disciplines Propel is built around is not published — ask before you assume yours is the focus.

Your plans stay in your planning tools

Endurance buyers expect plans and data. These are jobs Propel does not do.

  • No plan builder

Propel writes no sessions, sets no zones, builds no block, periodises nothing.

  • No workout files

No structured workouts pushed to a watch or head unit, no day-by-day calendar.

  • No device data

No GPS, heart-rate, power or sleep data; no wearable connection.

  • No athlete tracking

No completed-session log, no load or compliance view, no per-athlete dashboard.

  • No training or medical advice from us

What an athlete should do is your judgement. The product publishes video; it assesses nobody.

The economics

Recurring access across the season

Plan for the quiet months as well as race season. Settle these access and pricing questions before selling.

  • Can a member pause a subscription rather than cancel it?

Pausing is not confirmed, and it changes your off-season churn.

  • How will you price a race-specific block alongside the membership?

One-time purchases are supported. Decide what a separate purchase includes.

  • What happens to access when somebody cancels mid-season?

Immediately or at period end: a policy you publish.

Sell subscriptions, one-time purchase, free previews, with payments by card, apple pay, google pay. Compare the models in sell recurring access.

Before the session, and after it

How athletes watch

A phone beside the pool; a television for the material worth sitting down for.

Propel's app range covers Web, iOS, Android, Apple TV, Android TV; branding depends on your plan. No other device or store is claimed. Keep drills easy to find before training and longer education ready for home viewing.

The numbers

A membership scenario

Members multiplied by price, at a conversion rate you would defend.

Revenue per month, before costs €3,000
Revenue per year, before costs €36,000

What this assumes

  • Every member pays the same amount, every month.
  • Nobody cancels, and nobody is on a discount or a free trial.
  • Taxes, payment costs and platform costs are not deducted.

Worked example. 200 members paying €15 a month is €3,000 a month, or €36,000 a year, before any costs.

This is gross revenue before payment processing, app-store commission, tax and your plan. No Propel fees are deducted automatically. Studio is €199/mo and Brand €599/mo, excluding VAT. Propel takes no percentage of your sales. Model your platform costs for peak season and your quietest month.

Endurance library FAQ

I coach more than one discipline. Can one library cover all of them?

Yes: swim, bike and run as categories, strength and mobility shared. Which disciplines Propel is built around is not published, so ask about yours.

How much do I need filmed before launching?

Drill and mobility work covered properly, plus one education series. A January joiner needs something still waiting in March.

Can I keep the coaching platform my athletes already use?

Yes. Plans, files and data stay there; Propel sells the video library beside it. What integrations exist is not confirmed.

What does Propel cost, and when can I launch?

Studio is €199/mo for your own-brand web app and Brand is €599/mo with your own iOS, Android, Apple TV and Android TV apps, plus a one-time €3,500 app launch. Propel takes no percentage of your sales. All prices exclude VAT. Propel is pre-launch and open for early access; no launch or store-review date is published.
