Propel for nutrition coaches

Build a nutrition education video membership

Film the reusable half of your work once and sell monthly access under your name. Meal plans and client tracking stay in the tools you already pay for.

  • Education library only — no meal plans, no tracking
  • Apps for Web, iOS, Android, Apple TV, Android TV
  • Your subscribers stay yours
What a client sees on the web app: general education grouped by module, nothing individual.

For coaches who already teach the same things twice

If you have explained label reading forty times this year, the content is already written.

Propel fits if

  • You explain the same things in every onboarding call.
  • You have an audience who would take the education without the one-to-one work.
  • Your calendar is the product, and it is full.
  • You are comfortable publishing general education and keeping individual advice individual.

Look elsewhere if

  • You want software that builds meal plans or tracks macros. Propel does neither.
  • You need client records, intake forms, weigh-ins or adherence reporting.
  • You expect the platform to give clients personalized dietary or medical guidance.
  • You have nothing filmed yet, so a member would subscribe to an empty library.
The content

What belongs in an education library

Publish general education. Advice depending on someone's blood results, medication or history belongs in a consultation.

Foundations
Protein, carbohydrate and fat in plain language, label reading and portion education: the explanations you repeat in onboarding.
Habits and behavior
General education about shift work, eating out, travel and cooking for a household with different goals.
Shopping and preparation
A supermarket walk-through or batch-cooking demonstration members can revisit in their own kitchens.
Common-question videos
Short explanations of recurring topics: alcohol, sweeteners, coffee and meal timing. General education only. A question about an individual's health belongs in a consultation.
Seasonal modules
Education for holidays, fasting months or a January restart. Review each module before using it again.

The offer

Recurring access to your education

One membership over the library, under the one-to-one work rather than competing with it.

Propel supports subscriptions, one-time purchase, free previews. Clients pay by card, apple pay, google pay. Sell recurring access explains the models; confirm the offer details below.

  • Can the library sit as a lower tier under my one-to-one packages?

Tiering beyond a single membership is not confirmed, and it changes the offer.

  • Is there a free trial, and how long does it run?

Free previews are supported; trial behavior is not confirmed.

  • What happens to access when a client stops paying?

Confirm access rules before publishing your cancellation policy.

What Propel does not do

Your library teaches general nutrition. Meal plans, individual records and dietary guidance stay in your coaching tools.

  • No meal plans

Propel does not build, generate, store or deliver a meal plan.

  • No dietary tracking

No food logging, no macro or calorie targets, no food database, no weight or measurement history.

  • No client records

No intake forms, no case notes, no per-client dashboard, no adherence reporting.

  • No personalized advice

Propel does not adapt guidance to an individual or provide medical advice. Keep individual consultations outside the library.

  • No health-outcome claims

Propel makes no claim about weight, body composition or any health result.

Discuss your video membership

An addition to your coaching tools, not a replacement for them.

Kitchen, phone, television

How clients watch

Apps are available for Web, iOS, Android, Apple TV, Android TV. Test the kitchen and study setups your members use; no other device or store is claimed.

  • Try finding and playing a preparation video on a phone in the kitchen.
  • Watch a foundations module on television, with notes alongside.
  • Confirm account access across devices before promising it to members.
  • Branded apps for web, mobile and TV covers publishing and app-store review.
The numbers

A revenue example

Members multiplied by price. Use the people you could genuinely reach, not your follower count.

Revenue per month, before costs €3,000
Revenue per year, before costs €36,000

What this assumes

  • Every member pays the same amount, every month.
  • Nobody cancels, and nobody is on a discount or a free trial.
  • Taxes, payment costs and platform costs are not deducted.

Worked example. 200 members paying €15 a month is €3,000 a month, or €36,000 a year, before any costs.

Revenue before payment processing, app-store commission, tax and your platform plan. Assumptions appear beside the figure. Your Propel plan is not deducted here: €199/mo on Studio, €599/mo on Brand, and no cut of your sales. Model your platform costs.

Where the responsibility sits

Claims and compliance

A library sold to strangers is published material, and published material carries obligations.

  • Keep content within the scope of practice your credentials allow.
  • Propel does not individualise or assess, or claim weight, body-composition or health outcomes.
  • State that the library is general education, not individual advice, before payment and beside the content.
  • Have your advisers confirm disclaimer wording and any professional-body requirements. A platform vendor cannot settle them.

Nutrition membership FAQ

Do I have to leave the coaching software I use for clients?

No. Keep it for the one-to-one work: plans, records, check-ins. Propel runs beside it and sells the education library. Integrations are not confirmed.

How much do I need filmed before I can launch?

Start with a foundations series and common-question videos that give members a reason to return. A manageable publishing rhythm matters more than a fixed video count.

Nutrition guidance changes. How do I keep the library current?

Review modules regularly and plan to replace outdated guidance. Confirm how video replacement and retirement work before choosing your publishing workflow.

What does Propel cost, and when can I launch?

Studio is €199/mo for your own-brand web app and Brand is €599/mo with your own iOS, Android, Apple TV and Android TV apps, plus a one-time €3,500 app launch. Propel takes no percentage of your sales. All prices exclude VAT. Propel is pre-launch and open for early access; no launch or store-review date is published.
